Laser Engraving
I offer extensive laser engraving services on all type of metal
surfaces. I can do light marking where just the surface is etched
or deep laser engraving where material is taken away to leave a cavity. This is more precise and cheaper than machining but is more expensive than surface etching. Enquire for a free quotation.
Cerakoting
I offer Cerakoting services up to a certain size. Most metals and some plastics can be coated. I only use Cerakote ceramic coating. This service is not cheap but will offer the best finish. Please see the gallery section for examples.
Engineering
All engineering and maintenance work is carried out on airsoft replicas. I have extensive experience and most jobs can be completed. This can fluctuate in price so best to get in touch for a free quote.
Platform Specific Tuning
Specific tuning services for niche replicas. For example, the new Silverback Airsoft MDR-X suffers from horrendous quality control. We fix this with machining and fine-tuning. Get in touch with us for more information
Custom Barrels
The Jaeger Precision Dominus barrels are made from the highest quality stainless steel. The are made to most lengths and each barrel is hand finished by lapping process. The barrels are offered in differences of individual lapping passes. 5k passes, 10k passes and 100k passes. Barrels can be ordered to a custom lapping pass spec if needed.
Custom Builds
Custom builds can be done but do depend on a lot of factors. Sometimes we get asked for the impossible however if it is possible and part availability is good then I’m sure we can help.
